Mistakes and Glories is the eighth track of the successful P.O.D. album Testify, released in 2005. Although never released as a single, the song was probably one of the most hyped tracks from the alternative metal band P.O.D, and received a fair share of limelight. Although the album had hit singles such as Goodbye For Now and Lights Out, Mistakes and Glories was praised by critics too. The song was supposed to have Jonathan Davis of Korn perform as the backup vocalist, but the idea did not materialize due to scheduling conflicts of the guest artist. Guitarist Jason Truby filled in for Davis instead.
